Please find the JD below IT Service Desk Engineer 5+ years Work Location: Dubai Must be able to join immediate or max 10 Days 4 to 5+ Years of relevant experience. Network support DNS/DHCP/Proxy/TCP/IP Windows Software Installations and troubleshooting (Office 365 exposure is a bonus). Windows Active Directory Windows Server support/maintenance experience is advantageous Citrix support or Thin-Client implementation background is highly desirable. SCCM Administration or support Windows Desktop/Printer/Scanner Setup and troubleshooting is essential. Audio Visual equipment support is desirable Basic laptop/desktop repairs replacing or upgrading memory or hard drives and other components would be advantageous. Configuring and troubleshooting Apple iPhones and iPads is a bonus Banking or BPO experience is advantageous Working knowledge of IT Service Desk processes i.e. ticket, incident/problem management and tools (ITIL Framework) Familiar with working on Windows operating systems environment UAE Driving license is an advantage.
